Confirmation of Reservation

You will receive confirmation of your tour booking within 1 -2 business days. Please do not reserve your airfare or buy trip insurance until you get your tour welcome letter. The welcome letter will include your invoice along with other important information and documents.

After you book a tour plan with us, you are required to pay the deposit to secure your booking. Deposit amount is $500.00 per person per event unless otherwise noted.

Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions below govern the relationship between you, the clients, and us, Dream Tour Adventures Limited. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. For the sake of your own interest, please read them carefully and make sure you understand and accept these terms.


After you book a tour plan with us, you are required to pay the deposit to secure your booking. Deposit amount is $500.00 per person per event unless otherwise noted. Once we receive your deposit, we'll secure your reservation and deal with your final booking.
It is highly suggested you make the reservation at least 90 days prior to your scheduled group tour or scheduled tour and 30 days prior to your anytime tour departure date. Full payment is required 60 days prior to your scheduled group tour, scheduled tour and anytime tour travel date. Tours booked between 0 and 59 days of the departure date must be paid in full at time of booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, your tour consultant will send you a Confirmation Letter to inform you of the booked hotels, and itinerary in details. In case of any emergency or force majeure after the confirmation letter, Dream Tour Adventures Limited reserves the right to make changes.

To send and Interac e-Transfer:

Login to online or mobile banking at your financial institution. Choose Interac e-Transfer within the Transfer/Payment menu options. Select a recipient by entering an email address and/or mobile phone number. Fill in the Interac e-Transfer information (dollar amount, account from which to withdraw the funds, a security question that only the recipient will know the answer to and optional personal message. Follow the instructions to confirm the information and complete the transfer.

To pay by PayPal:

Your tour consultant will sends you a secured PayPal online payment link by email. Click the link, log in to your PayPal account and click on the "pay" button. If you don't have an account with Paypal, you can still use it by providing your credit card information. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.


Prices are quoted at today's rate and are subject to any changes in tour costs, airfares, tariffs and conditions imposed by airlines, wholesalers or other service providers. All costs are subject to currency fluctuations and or price increases until paid in full. Furthermore, a fuel surcharge may be imposed by the tour operator on the cost of the tour as a result of significant increases in world fuel prices. As such, we have the right to pass on this surcharge to you at any time before departure whether your monies are paid in full or not.


If you must cancel your trip, please submit your cancellation in written form. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.

Receipt & Processing of Cancellation Advice

Where cancellation advice is received during business hours Monday to Friday, the next working day is considered the day of receipt. If cancellation advice is received after hours, on a weekend or public holiday the next working day is considered the day of receipt.

Each booking is subject to the following cancellation fees:

Scheduled group tours, scheduled tours and anytime tours
More than 90 days prior to departure: loss of deposit
Between 60 and 89 days prior to departure: 50% of tour cost
Between 0 and 59 days prior to depart: 100% of tour cost

In the event of your withdrawal from the tour after commencement for reasons of illness, you must obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. We make no representation or guarantees concerning reimbursements of funds paid by you under any insurance claim. The tour price is quoted as a package. No partial refunds or credit will be given for services not used including but not limited to missed meals, accommodation or sightseeing. Any amount forfeited, which has not been paid to Dream Tour Adventures Limited by you may be recovered from you by Dream Tour Adventures Limited as a debt due and payable.

After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

Cancellation Due to Group Size

Dream Tour Adventures Limited reserves the right to cancel any group tour prior to departure in the event that there are too few people booked on the tour and in which case you will be given a full refund of the tour price paid by you. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visa, travel insurance, passport , medical or vaccination charges, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes). Please check the cancellation policy of travel insurance policies and airfares before purchase. In the case of the tour cancellation, you will be notified within seven business days after the final monies due date.

Alteration of Itinerary

Dream Tour Adventures Limited endeavours to offer the best tour possible for our clients. Before your reservation is confirmed, your tour consultant will adjust the itinerary free of charge. After you get Confirmation Letter, alterations to the confirmed tour plan will incur a fee of $50 per request. You are required to pay any additional costs resulting from changes of itinerary made by you. In case of any change of flight schedule, on-land transportation or any other events beyond our control, Dream Tour Adventures Limited reserves the right to modify your itinerary and any increase or reduction on your tour cost will be recalculated and collected or refunded accordingly.

Travel Documents

Your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months prior to the arrival home date. Each individual is responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents are current and valid. Each individual is responsible for correctly providing their name as it appears on their passport and failure to do so may result in ticket re-issue fees for any name changes due to omissions or errors.

Tour Participation and Fit to Travel

Participants should be in good health. All participants must disclose any pre-existing medical condition including but not limited to; high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, heart conditions, a mental illness or physical impairment.
Passengers with disabilities are welcome, providing that they do not require special assistance from us or our tour operator personnel and if special assistance is required they must be accompanied by a person capable of providing the assistance
and this travel companion providing assistance must pay the published price for the tour.

We or the tour operator both reserve the right to refuse to carry anyone where it is believed the person cannot cope with the requirements of the tour travel and who may require services and facilities that the tour operator cannot guarantee will be available. Passengers agree that they will not hold us or the tour operator liable for any decision by a third party service provider to refuse to carry them or to provide any facilities or accommodation to them or to provide any services to them.

You understand that we and the tour operator reserve the right to withdraw tour participation from anyone whose behaviour is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour, or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers, and we and the tour operator shall be under no liability to any such person for refund, compensation, repatriation or any other matters arising.

The following is a code of conduct that must be observed by all participants:

All participants observe responsible consumption of alcohol and obey all local, state or country laws pertaining to the consumption of alcohol.
Use or possession of any illegal drugs will be cause for immediate expulsion for the group. This includes marijuana and opium even if this is considered acceptable in the destination.
We require all participants to obey all laws of the country. Participants are to respect the privacy of other participants and if a participant declines to provide any contact information requested by another participant, that this wish is respected.
Participants understand that if they receive contact information from another participant of the group event that this is solely for their reference and is not to be provided to other participants of the event group without the express permission of the participant whose information it is.
Participants are to refrain from offensive language or behaviour including sexist and racist remarks.
Any behaviour contrary to the Code of Conduct may result in your removal from the tour.

Dream Tour Adventures Limited reserves the right to reject any clients whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety of other participants.

We won't be able to accommodate women who are pregnant for 6 months or longer.
Clients should consider all the risks regarding international travel and understand the health requirements of their destination. It is the clients' responsibility to check the safety and security conditions of your destination and the area you are going to transit through.
Clients should check and follow the health and vaccination requirements necessary to enter their destination and transit area.

Tour Leaders

A tour leader, who also may be referred to as a tour guide, tour director, tour escort or tour host is the person at any time given the task of leading or supervising any aspect of The Holiday. We reserve the right to change, at any time, the nominated tour leader. Any such change will not give rise to any right on your part to cancel the tour or claim any expenses, loss or damage which may be suffered.

Participant Personal Information

You agree to the best of your knowledge to accurately provide your personal information including your full name, gender, date of birth, residential address and contact telephone number.

Travel Insurance

Personal travel insurance is not included in the price of the tour. It is a mandatory condition of booking the tour that all participants have international travel insurance for their tour. A copy of your insurance policy must be sent by email or post prior to travel. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are adequately insured for the full duration of the tour in respect of illness, injury, death, medical evacuation, loss of baggage and personal items and cancellation and curtailment. You must provide evidence to us that you have obtained personal travel insurance. You must ensure that your personal travel insurance covers all of the activities in which you expect to participate. We strongly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance policy as soon as you have paid any tour monies for the tour, including the deposit.


The responsibility of Dream Tour Adventures Limited and its operators is strictly limited. Dream Tour Adventures Limited is not responsible for any wrongful or negligent acts, or failure to act of any service suppliers of land, air, and water transportation, sightseeing, cruise or hotel accommodations, or of any third party not directly owned or operated by Dream Tour Adventures Limited. By using the services provided by these suppliers, you agree that the suppliers won't be held accountable for any accident, injury, damage or loss to you.

Without limitation, Dream Tour Adventures Limited is not held accountable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay, or inconvenience due to the provision of, or failure to provide, any goods or services caused by or resulting from--but not limited to--force majeure, insurrection or revolt, acts of war or civil unrest, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for the failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time, sanitation problems, lack of medical care, or for any other conditions beyond the control of Dream Tour Adventures Limited.
Dream Tour Adventures Limited is not liable for your failure to comply with customs regulations nor do we take responsibility for the loss of your valuable items due to your own negligence.

In case of any emergency or force majeure, Dream Tour Adventures Limited reserves the right to alter hotels, flights, scenic spots or cruise ships etc., or to cancel the tour at any time. If your flight tickets are issued by a third party, Dream Tour Adventures Limited won't be responsible for your airline ticket cancellation fees.
Considering the fact that not all scenic spots are open every day, Dream Tour Adventures Limited reserves the right to modify the sequence of attractions or even the cities to make sure you can visit all attractions listed in your itinerary. In either case, the itinerary will be maintained to the extent possible and we won't be able to refund for any unavailable attractions.
Many tour packages provided by Dream Tour Adventures Limited may involve activities that require extra attention, such as, but not limited to boarding and disembarking, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves etc. Our tour guides will offer their advice and help, however, all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Dream Tour Adventures Limited, and its operators won't be held accountable for any mishaps or accidents.

Force Majeure

If Dream Tour Adventures Limited is prevented either directly or indirectly from performing any of its obligations under this agreement by reason of act of God, strikes, trade disputes, fire, breakdowns, interruption of transport, government or political action, threats or acts of war or terrorism, acts of omissions of a third party adverse weather conditions, technical problems on transport, closure or congestion of airport or ports, cancellation or change of scheduled airlines etc or for any other cause whatsoever outside our reasonable control, we will be under no liability whatsoever to you and may, at our option, by written notice to you to cancel the tour.

Dream Tour Adventures Limited reserves the right to modify or rescind the above terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
